- What is an Electronic Cigarette and How does it work?
An Electronic Cigarette, also known as an E-Cigarette, is essentially a smoking cessation device; an electronic inhaler that vaporizes nicotine e-Liquid solution into visible water vapour. There are 3 core parts; a Battery, an atomizing device (heating device) and nicotine in liquid solution form (a cartomiser).
So how exactly does it work? Its simple:
The Battery - Heats the Atomizer element - which converts the nicotine liquid in the cartomiser into water vapour when dragged! What you are seeing when you use a Electronic Cigarette is water vapour (mist)

- What is the term 'Vaping'?
'Vaping' means to inhale and exhale water vapour, this is why it is technically not smoking, which makes the eShisha Club a Vaping club.
- How do I know what product is right for me?
We appreciate that everyone has different tastes, therefore we have created products for everyone. From 500 puff to 1800 puff in shisha & shisha cigar pens with a wide range of flavours.
- What is the difference between your Club ranges?
The best word to use to describe what makes each range different or which is the best range is best described by the word 'preference'. Everyone has a budget so we've tried to cater to everyone by offer many flavours in each range. One great way to browse our site is via our flavours page.

- Some companies state there e-cig can do 600, 700, 800+ puffs?
The amount of puffs is based on how long you inhale and the strength you puff, but ultimately this is calculated via the battery size.
- I've made an order and my package has arrived but there seems to be a problem, what should I do?
Our friendly customer services staff are always happy to help, our only goal at the eShisha Club is to ensure our Club Members are happy so if you have any issues please contact us, we aim to have all emails replied to within 6 to 12 hours.
- I don't smoke - are these suitable for me?
Yes. Because there is no tar, no tobacco and no nicotine contained in our disposable electronic shisha sticks it is technically not smoking, so you will only experience a genuine flavoured taste.
- I've just placed an order with you, how long will it take to arrive?
pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and speed of delivery. If you order before 3pm then we will dispatch your order the same day, Monday to Friday, we always try our best to even post out all orders right up until 6pm, however we cannot guarantee this as it depends on how busy we are on the given day. Over 90% of our customers receive their order the next day (UK mainland only). Ireland and European customers generally receive their order within 2-6 working days, and rest of the world between 5 and 10 working days. Please take note working days are considered as Monday to Friday only.
- I've bought a pack but I'm not sure if you've got my flavour selections?
If you're unsure if you've entered your flavour selections for any pack you have purchased then you can go to your account, then to the order and you can see which notes you have sent to us. If the note does not include your flavour selection then please contact us immediately to let us know your flavour selections as we do dispatch orders on the same day.
